  • Crystal Jacob, Nurse Practitioner, serves as Lunella Studio’s Medical Director, providing clinical oversight and supporting our commitment to safe, responsible, and patient-focused aesthetic care. Blending more than 15 years of clinical expertise with nine years dedicated exclusively to aesthetic medicine. Her experience in medical aesthetics helps ensure our injectable services are delivered with professionalism, individualized care, and patient safety at the forefront.

    Crystal’s career began in critical care nursing at the University of New Brunswick, specializing in surgical and cardiovascular ICU care. In 2012, she relocated to Edmonton to continue her critical care work at the University of Alberta Hospital, where she led Code Blue and Rapid Assessment Teams. 

    After earning her Master of Nursing in the Nurse Practitioner all ages stream from the University of Alberta in 2015, she transitioned into family practice and women’s health, working closely with vulnerable populations and contributing to programs such as the New Canadian refugee initiative. 

    In 2017, Crystal discovered her passion for aesthetics. Since then, she’s become a full-time practitioner, speaker, and clinical trainer, sharing her expertise with colleagues across Canada.
