Mark always knew he wanted to one day start his own business, but what he didn’t expect was that his sister, Nicole, wanted to start one too! Although the idea of a hair salon hadn’t occurred to him at the time, his business management education and customer service experience provided the perfect compliment to Nicole’s creative skill behind the chair. Mark has worked in the customer service industry for nearly 15 years and brings all his knowledge and experience to each interaction with his team and the clients at Revive. He thrives on connecting and engaging with people in meaningful ways, and the salon provides the perfect environment for just that. As Co-Owner and Operating Manager, you’ll often find Mark – well, anywhere and everywhere! Whether he’s assisting a client in-person or on the phone, organizing your online order, or managing the business behind-the-scenes, Mark’s attention to detail and organization ensures that everything gets done. His approachable demeanour and attentive personality will make you feel comfortable and listened to, and he will always make the time to sit down and engage with, support, and encourage his team. Mark's always preached that in order to grow you need to constantly learn new things and get outside your comfort zone; at Revive, he shows his team just that each and every day.

With 20 years behind the chair, Nicole co-owns Revive Hair Loft and Lunella Studio with her brother, Mark. She loves everything from big colour transformations and beautiful lived-in colour to structured bobs and extensions. She also has a passion for bridal and event hair, helping clients feel their best for life’s special moments.
Nicole takes time to understand your ideas, your routine and what you want from your hair. She wants you to feel comfortable in her chair and confident in the plan you create together.
Her love for the industry extends to mentoring apprentices and helping her team build lasting careers. She’s always learning, refining her craft and sharing what she knows.
Outside the salons, Nicole loves fashion and beauty, travelling and going to concerts. A huge foodie, she’s always up for a great meal and a good cocktail. She also enjoys working out, golfing and spending time with her husband, Jesse, her family and friends, and her dog, Georgie.

When you meet Morgan, you’re instantly welcomed by her warm, friendly presence. Her calm energy paired with a naturally bubbly personality creates an inviting, relaxed experience like catching up with a best friend. Morgan has a passion for rich brunette tones, effortlessly lived-in colours and cuts. She also specializes in extensions, offering expert knowledge and techniques to help clients achieve their dream look. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of the industry, Morgan is committed to ongoing education. She regularly attends advanced training and keeps a close eye on emerging trends to ensure her clients’ styles are always fresh and current. In addition to contributing to Lunellas social media platforms, Morgan shares her own professional insights on Instagram offering helpful tips on product use, styling techniques, and how to choose what’s best for your hair. When you sit in Morgan’s chair, you can expect a personalized, thoughtful experience and to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely beautiful.

Originally from Winnipeg, Jayda made the move to Alberta after completing her hair education, bringing with her a calm, kind presence and an undeniable talent for making people feel like they’re sitting with their best friend. Jayda has a deep passion for caring for others and helping them feel their absolute best. She has a natural gift for connection and has a growing love for extension services and lived-in colour especially anything blonde. Outside the salon, Jayda is all about balance and adventure. You’ll find her dirt biking, snowboarding, lifting at the gym, or getting lost in a good book – always with an Alani Nu in hand. We can’t wait to see Jayda grow and thrive in her apprenticeship as she continues to sharpen her skills and shine behind the chair - you’ll find her working alongside both Nicole & Morgan.

With over 11 years of experience behind the chair, Jocelynn is known for her ability to create effortlessly beautiful, personalized colour and extension transformations. She always tailors to enhance her client’s natural features and lifestyle. Jocelynn’s calm, detail-oriented approach and passion for continuing education ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and refreshed. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, she’s dedicated to delivering results that feel both modern and timeless.

Christine brings nearly 19 years of experience behind the chair and loves creating softly blended colour with natural dimension. Her experience includes a range of hair textures, grey coverage and blending, and colour corrections. She’s equally passionate about cutting, creating precise shapes that suit each client’s lifestyle.
For Christine, great hair starts with getting to know the person in her chair. She takes time to understand your vision, with a focus on healthy hair and styling tips you can use at home. Outside the studio, she enjoys time with her husband, family, friends and fur babies, and tending to her growing plant collection.

Alex has been part of the Lunella team for almost six months and is now taking on clients while continuing her education and hands on training, mentored by Nicole. She loves lived in colour, blowouts, extensions and long layered cuts. Her passion for hair began growing up, styling her own hair and her three sisters’ before deciding to make it her career.
Alex’s makes appointments easygoing, with plenty of laughs along the way. She loves getting to know the person behind the hair and helping them leave feeling confident in their look. She’s looking forward to meeting new faces as she grows her clientele at Lunella. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time with her sisters and her Frenchie Koko. She also loves to travel, with Fiji at the top of her wish list.
